Research Associate‑I: Candidates having Ph.D degree and exhaustive experience in plant-insect interactions, metabolomics, proteomics, and fulfilling the guidelines of DST/DBT are eligible to apply.

Senior Research Fellow: Candidates having M.Sc./MVSc/Ph.D and exhaustive experience in plant-insect interactions, metabolomics, and proteomics along with two years post-masters experience and fulfilling the guidelines of DST/DBT are eligible to apply.

Applications are invited from the qualified and interested candidates for one (1) post of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) on a purely temporary basis for a SERB Sponsored Project (No. CRG/2022/002124).

The selected candidate will be expected to perform all assigned tasks related to this project primarily performing the bench work & experiments, acquiring, storing, and maintaining data, and operating scientific equipment including FACS/​Confocal microscopy/​Fluorescence microscopy. The candidate is expected to prepare and coordinate reports, participate in purchase of items as per GFR 2017/JNU rules, processing of bills, record keeping, etc. More information can be found here.

Qualifications: M.Sc. degree (with minimum 55% marks) in Life Sciences / Molecular Medicine / Biochemistry / Biotechnology or equivalent subject. Candidate must be NET-LS/GATE qualified.
