Additionally, we've included anecdotes from recent awardees of specific fellowships, offering insights into the strategies that lead to successful applications.

'Dhvani' is a comprehensive resource curated with contributions from scientists, communicators, journalists, and outreach professionals across India. This e-book delves into the expansive landscape of science outreach within the country, offering valuable insights into best practices, sustainable models, interviews with scientists engaged in outreach in regional languages, skill-building guides, and carefully curated resources for securing outreach funding. Inside 'Dhvani,' you'll also discover the profound impact of the IndiaBioscience Outreach Grants (IOG) program, providing an in-depth understanding of the nuances involved in initiating and maintaining effective outreach endeavours.
This collection celebrates the narratives of young investigators who participated in the virtual Young Investigators' Meetings (YIM) (2021, 2022) and YIM 2023. Originating from diverse backgrounds and harbouring a spectrum of research interests, these researchers are unwaveringly dedicated to science and have been resilient in overcoming obstacles along their journeys. We're sure these stories will inspire young researchers in India or those passionate to embark on scientific careers in the near future.

This e-booklet addresses the prevalent lack of information and awareness regarding career opportunities post-PhD. It also delineates steps for institutional practices, such as establishing career development cells, to facilitate diverse career transitions.
IRIWI: “I Realised I Wasn't Interested" comprises stories of science career transitions, narrated through the experiences of a diverse group of science professionals in India. These narratives capture their unique journeys, encompassing pivotal moments during their career transitions—their 'IRIWI' moments.
The inspirational stories within IRIWI feature scientists who smoothly transitioned to fields like patent law, science policy, and industry shortly after completing their PhDs. Additionally, it includes individuals who honed their skills towards institute, organisation, and ecosystem development, along with those who skill-fully merged their expertise with personal passions such as art and farming.
This marks our second compendium of resources tailored for college biology educators. It showcases a curated selection of online articles, webinars, and podcasts published on the IndiaBioscience website between 2019 and 2022. Encompassing diverse themes, it delves into ideologies of prominent Indian educators, innovative pedagogical techniques, student misconceptions, undergraduate research, virtual learning, education policies, and mental health.
