The Wellcome Trust/​DBT India Alliance (India Alliance; IA) invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the position of CPE Officer.

Initial appointment will be for one year. Upon annual evaluation, the position will be renewed subject to performance and funding.

The remuneration for this post will be based on qualifications and experience.

Essential:

• Should at least hold MSc in Life Science/​Biological Sciences/​similar areas
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong planning and analytical skills, and demonstrated attention to detail.

Desirable:

• Professional degree in media, journalism and public relations
• Experience in handling of web-based management systems; familiarity with relevant information technology, including social media and website content management
