Vacancy at Marine Life of Mumbai (a flagship programme of Coastal Conservation Foundation)

6 Months

Postgraduate in Marine Biology, Oceanography, Life Sciences or relevant fields.

1. Prior experience in Report writing, basic quantitative analysis and literature review.
2. Familiarity with intertidal ecology and marine fauna identification skills.
3. Familiarity with standard biodiversity survey methodology.
4. Should be able to lead a team of assistants, give regular reports to supervisors and ensure that the project reaches completion on time.
5. Prior field experience and familiarity with Mumbai’s geography desirable.
6. Should be able to communicate in Hindi. Basic understanding of Marathi desirable.
