A walk-in interview will be held for one temporary position of Research Associate in National Agricultural Science Fund-ICAR funded project on ​“Phenomics of Moisture Deficit Stress Tolerance and Nitrogen Use Efficiency in Rice and Wheat – Phase II”. Candidates interested in research and development with the qualifications given in the following table may report for interview at 9:30 A.M. on 6^th October 2017 (Friday) in Committee Room, Division of Plant Physiology, IARI, Pusa campus, New Delhi 110 012.

Rs 40000+30% HRA per month for Ph.D. Degree holders; Rs 38000+30% HRA per month for M.Sc. Degree

Ph.D. in Computer Sciences/​Statistics/​Bioinformatics or relevant agricultural Sciences with thesis research program on Remote Sensing/​image analysis/​programs in MatLab and R

M.Tech/M.Sc. in Computer Sciences/​Statistics/​Bioinformatics/​Remote sensing/​Geoinformatics/​Geoinformation science. M.Tech/ M.Sc. degree holders should have completed 4 or 5 years Bachelor degree or Integrated (B. Tech. + M. Tech. 5 years) in relevant subject. Those with 3 years bachelor’s degree must have UGC-NET/CSIR-NET/ MHRDGATE qualification or equivalent.
