The Singapore NRF Fellowship provides opportunities for early career researchers from all over the world to lead impactful research in Singapore. Each award provides a research grant of up to SGD 3 million, inclusive of general overheads (approximately USD 2.4 million) over five years, to support projects that exhibit high likelihood of a research breakthrough.

The NRF Fellowship can only be used to fund research conducted in Singapore. It is open to the following:
• Outstanding researchers of any nationality, in their early stage of their research careers and are ready to take on their independent research;
• PhD holders with research experience in any discipline of science and technology.
