Department of Biotechnology invites published books written originally in Hindi on the subjects related to Biotechnology for its scheme ​“Dr. Jagdish Chandra Bose Hindi Granth Lekhan Puraskar Yojna-2015” in the prescribed proforma from the citizens of India only.

The books which have been published within three preceding years of the year of award (including the year of award) will only be considered under the scheme ​“Dr. Jagdish Chandra Bose Hindi Granth Lekhan Puraskar Yojna-2015”. The books which have been awarded on earlier occasions by any Department of the Ministry of Science & Technology or the books reviewed earlier for the same scheme or the books once awarded a prize under any other scheme run by the Government of India or State Govenments or administration of the Union Territory shall not be eligible for entry under this scheme. Any author may submit only one entry for a specific year.
